Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on prospect engagement and CRM database management within our HubSpot platform. You’ll be responsible for supporting our marketing and sales efforts by helping identify, qualify, and connect with trade show-based prospects.
Specific Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain contact records within the HubSpot CRM system.
- Research and qualify new business opportunities from trade show databases and other lead sources.
- Compose and send personalized outreach emails to prospective clients.
- Monitor and manage engagement through email, website inquiries, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and outreach strategies.
- Assist with updating and segmenting lists for campaigns and targeted communications.
- Track engagement and performance metrics through HubSpot dashboards and reports.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, business development, or sales support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms; HubSpot CRM experience is a plus.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to learn.
